Next year Phuket Square, manager of Jungceylon in Phuket plans to launch lifestyle community mall worth 300 million baht on Sukhumvit Soi 20 in Bangkok during first quarter period. This project wants to follow the success of Patong Jungceylon as its first and only other mall project.

Phuket Square itself placed its headquarter in Bangkok since its launching in 2004 while Jungceylon opened in 2006. “The new project named Mille Malle as it will cater strategic living within 5 kilometers distance to new shopping venue. It is surrounded by up 30 commercial complexes, it composed by luxury condominiums, office buildings and five-star hotels,” says Pravot Janyasithikul, CEO of Phuket Square. The project accommodates up 1 rai or 1,600 square meters in front of Millennium Residence@Sukhumvit, a high class condominium with 604 units as it worth from 10 to 120 million baht.

This mall construction is already completed while it will housing four floors within 6,758 sqm area of which 3,100 sqm will offer for rent. The company expected about 25 major tenants while it is including MaxValu Tanjai Mini Supermarket, an Eye Lab optical shop, a Hair World salon, and international restaurants such as Zen Cucina and Yamagoya. “Major target buyers of Mille Malle are residents both Thais and expatriates who are living on Sukhumvit Road. They are working people and business owners as much as 15 percentage and 25 percent of them are foreign travelers who staying at hotels in this area,” said Mr. Pravot.
