Intersection outside Central Festival Phuket which road construction has taken place a year ago has now been completed around 60 percent of it. This underpass is predicted finished in October 2014, according to director of Provincial Highways Department, Samak Luedwonghad.

New bus service connecting Phuket International Airport with Kata via Patong will be launched on March, as said by Chief of Phuket Land Transportation Office (PLTO), Teerayut Prasertphol.
