The Layan Estate is an exclusive residential community just 10 minutes from Layan and Bang Tao beaches on the north west coast of Phuket. The villa features 3 bedrooms, all en-suite with the master bedroom and guest bedroom on the ground level overlooking the pool, a second upper level guest room and rooftop pool sits above the kitchen with access to the garden balcony and spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. There is also an entertainment room with a state-of-the- art sound system and a private study with wireless Internet access.

The dining and living areas boast floor to ceiling windows that allow light to fill the room and also slide open directly onto the pool terrace. Large windows are one of the villa's most appealing features as they draw the outside in to create a backdrop from the natural surroundings.

The Layan Estate is ideally situated on a peaceful hillside surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with fabulous beaches just a short drive along the coast.
