This penthouse is new to rentals since it has been a private residence since it was recently built with only one owner residing in it, so the house is in a brand-new condition. The master bedroom and one of the guest-rooms both have complete sea views along with the pool, balcony, living room, family room, and kitchen all have sea views. The master bedroom also has a two person Jacuzzi. There is an infinity pool as well. There is a total of four bathrooms and three bedrooms, and three of the bathrooms have double sinks and rain showers. Each bedroom has a full on-suite bathroom with two full-size wardrobes.
The kitchen has state-of-art appliances with an ultra-modern design. The property also has a gym and a large lap pool which is only available for the buildings guests and residents. Next door, there is a hotel which also can provide room service if you do not feel like cooking. They have a nice pool too which you can also use.
Daily rates include all utilities, pool service, satellite TV service, and daily maid service. We will provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off from the airport as well. There is no additional charge for VAT or Service Charge.
Child Safety: It is completely child proofed with safety plugs in all of the outlets, windows also are designed to protect children. The plunge pool has a white sturdy metal gate that wraps around the stairs that leads into the plunge pool. This can stay if they would like or we can remove it. The balcony also has a modern glass guard instead of a pole railing. This way no children can go under or over.
